Arttcle2.~ To assign the Department for Forestry Developrheilt to,assume tt1e prime responsibility and coordlnate with th e Forest Ranger Department, the GEF, the World Bank and the concerned agencies and· 1ocal ities in organizing the im plementatio11 of the project-according to the contents defined in Artide 1 of this Decision, and to abide by the Ministry's and the State's current ,regulations on the man.ugemont and use of ODA and aid cc1pital sources.
