DECISION No. 17/2004/QD-BTNMT of July 14, 2004-prescribing the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Southern Meteorology, Hydrology and Environment Sub-Institute Under this Decision, the Southern Meteorology, Hydrology and Environment Sub-Institute is a non-business scientific organization of the Meteorology and Hydrology Institute, representing the Meteorology and Hydrology Institute in southern provinces and functioning to conduct scientific and technological research as well as application in the domains of meteorology, hydrology, water resources and environment. This Decision takes effect i 5 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
