This Decision prescribes the tasks, powers and organizational ·· structure ot tile Environmental Impact Appraisal and Assessment Department, takes effect 15 days after its pubHcatio11 in the Offrcial. Gazette and replaces the Natural Resources and Envlronment Mlnister's Decislon No. 111/ 2002/QD-BTNMT of December 31, 2002.
