Tt1is Declsion prescribes the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Topography and Cartography Department, takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the .Natural Resources and Environment Minister's Decision No. 12/2003/ OD-BTNMT of January?, 2003.
