Issue nos 1l·12/,lune 2012 (Cong Bao nos 427 -4281July 12, 2012) THE MINJSTRY OF FINANCE Circular No. 88/2012/TT-BTC of May 28, 2012, promulgating the daily-life dean water selling price frame Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP of November 27. 2008, defining the functions, tasks. powers and organirational structure of the Ministry of Finance; Pursuant 10 [he Government \ Decree No. J70/2003/ND-C P of December 25, 2003, detailing a number ofarticles of the Ordinance on Price; and Decree No. 75!2008/ND-CP of June 9, 2008, amending and supplementing a number ofarticles ofDec ree No. ! 7012003/ND CP; Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 53 117/2007/ND-CP of Julv 11, 2007, on clean water production, supply and consumption; and Decree No. 124/20J J/NJ)·CP ofDecember 18, 2011, amending and supplementing II number ofarticles ofthe Government's Drcree No, ]]7/ 2007/ND-CP; At the proposal of the director of the Department ofPrice /I>/wmgemellt,' The Minister of Finance promulgates the daiiy-lif« clean wuter ,\f!UiFIg P' ice .I;atne as follows: Article 1. To promulgate together with this Circular the daily-life clean water selling price frame. Article 2. Pursuant to Joint Circular No. 751 lOl1f1TLI-BTC-BXD-BNN of May 15.2012. of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, guiding the principles and methods of determining, and competence to decide on, clean water selling prices in urban centers, industrial parks and rural areas, provincial-level People's Committees shall decide specific daily-life clean water selling prices in accordance with Article 1 of this Circular. Article 3. This Circular takes effect on July 11,20 l2, and replaces the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 10012009/TT-BTC of May 20, 2009, on clean water production, supply and consumption.
