TURTLES ACT (Cap. 87) TURTLES (PROTECTION) (AMENDMENT) NOTICE, 1986 C Gazetted 1.:,--'1/73/; /f'J--G J Citation. Amendment of paragraph 2 of SR&O 23 of 1959. l,epeal and replacement of paragraph 3 of SR&O 23 of 1959. The Governor ~n Council in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Turtl..s Act makes the following Notice. l. This Notice may be cited as the Turtles (Protectlon) (Amendment) Notice, 1986. 2. Paragraph 2 of amended by deleting the comma preceding line thereof. the Turtles (Protection) Notice is the words "but not trunk turtles" and those words appearing in the second 3. Paragraph 3 of tho Turt es (Protection) Notice is repealed and the following substituted therefor: "Close Season. }.
