FISHERIES ORDINANCE NO, 18 OF l.979 THE PROTECTcO AREAS ORDER, Gazetted /IJ r(,:y I !'f-.!J 1990 l [ lhe Minister in exercise.of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Fisheries Ordinance, makes the fallowing Order; l. No person shall: (a) take ony marine product within th~ prnte~terl area other than under the authority of and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a licence in that hahAlf granted to that person for the purpose; (bl anchor any vessel within the protcrited area exceot under the authority of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Labour.
