II SAINT VINCENT ANDTHE GRENADINES STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS 2012 NO.4 (Gazetted3lstJanuary, 2012) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Central Water and Sewerage Authority Act, Chapte:r 403, the Central Wl1ter and Sewerage AUlllurily, with the approval of the Minister, makes the following Regulations: CENTRAL WATERANDSEWERAGE AUTIIORITY (WATER SUPPLY) (AMENDMEN1) REGULATfONS2012 $6.50 $7.50 $15.00 $20.00 $25.00.". L 0) These Regulations may be cited as the Central Water and Sewerage Authority (Water Supply) (Amendment) Regulations, 2012. (2) These Regulations shall come into effect on the 1st day of February, 2012. 2 The FourthSChedule of the CentralWaterandSewerageAuthority (Water Supply) Regulations 1991 is amended under the heading "Charges for Metered Premises" (a) by deleting item I and substituting the following "1. BASIC CHARGE (a) Monthly charge applicable to domestic premises $14.00 (b) Monthly charge applicable to industrialor commercialpremises $25.00" (b) in item2 by (i) deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following "(a) Domestic 0-2500gallons 2501 ·5000gallons 5001~ I0000 gallons 10001·15000galons over 15000gallons Citation and ~l)mmen~t..tDt Fourtb Sclledule amended 12 (n) deleting in paragraph (b) under the sub-heading "Industrial or Commercial" the particulars relating to large premises and substituting the following "Large Dated this 31st dayof January, 2012.
