SAINT VINCENT STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS, 1978, No. 65. (Gazetted 19th December, 1978). IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 18 ( 4) of the Birds and Fish Protection Act, (Cap. 44), the Goycrnor makes the following Order: BIRDS AND FISH PROTECTION (LOBSTERS CLOSE SEASON) ORDER, 1978. J. C:tM'c:~. This Order may be cited as the Birds and Fish Protection (Lobs~ers Ulo.e Season) Order, 1978. 2. Amendment of Birch and Fil:h Protection Act (Cap, 44). Section 18(1) of the :U:rds and Fish Protection Act is amended by the deletion of the words "the first day of llfay to the thirtleth dny of September" and the substitution of the words "the first day of March to the thirtieth day of September."
