(1) Where unpacked bananas are carried 011 uuy person'~ he<1,d to a boxing plant or to any other place ·,d,ere bananas are bom~d, such bananas shall be carried on a padded container of a design which is acceptable to the Authority. (2) Bananas shall be protected from the sun and from injury by methorls acceptable to the Authority, and under no circumstance should exportnble bananas be stacked on '. he bare ground. (3) No exportable banaaa shall be loade'd onto any vehicle unless provisions approved by the Authority shall l1ave been made for the protection of the banana from bruises during its carria:ge in the vehicle. (4) The Authority shall have power to prohibit any unsatisfactory practice h1 regard to the carriage, stacking or loading of bananas in the cir rumstances referred to in this regulation.
