THE WATER ACT. Statutory Instrument 152—53. The Water (Supply of Water Outside Bushenyi Water Supply Area) (Authorisation) Instrument. (Under section 96 of the Act.) 1. Citation. This Instrument may be cited as the Water (Supply of Water Outside Bushenyi Water Supply Area) (Authorisation) Instrument. 2. Authorisation to supply water outside Bushenyi water supply area. The water authority for the Bushenyi water supply area is authorised to supply water to the premises specified in the Schedule to this Instrument, being premises outside the Bushenyi water supply area. 3. Charges for water supplied outside Bushenyi water supply area. The charges for water supplied under paragraph 2 of this Instrument shall be the same as for water supplied within the Bushenyi water supply area. Schedule. para. 2.
