THE UGANDA TEA AUTHORITY ACT. Statutory Instrument 36—2. The Uganda Tea Authority (Prescription of Forms) Regulations. (Under section 35(a) of the Act.) 1. Citation. These Regulations may be cited as the Uganda Tea Authority (Prescription of Forms) Regulations. 2. Application for permission to erect a tea factory. The application for permission to erect a tea factory shall be in the form laid out in Form A of the Schedule to these Regulations. 3. Application for a tea manufacturing licence. The application for a tea manufacturing licence shall be in the form laid out in Form B of the Schedule to these Regulations. 4. Permit for erecting a tea factory. The permit to be granted by the Minister for erecting a tea factory shall be in the form laid down in Form C of the Schedule to these Regulations. 5. Tea manufacturing licence.
