STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS 2007 No. 46. The Animal Diseases (Declaration of Disease) Instrument, 2007. (Under section 1(d) of the Animal Diseases Act, Cap. 38). In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister by section 1(d) of the Animal Diseases Act, this Instrument is made this 29th day of September, 2006. 1. Title. This Instrument may be cited as the Animal Diseases (Declaration of Disease) Instrument, 2007. 2. Declaration of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza as a disease. Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza is declared to be a disease and shall be included in the term “disease” for the purposes of the Act.
