These Regulations may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation (Compounding of Offences) (Forms) Regulations, 2012. Compounding Form GN. No. 5 of 2009 2. Where an offence is compounded pursuant to the provisions of section 116 of the Wildlife Conservation Act, an officer compounding an offence shall draw out a form prescribed in the Schedule,which shall be signed by both the offender and the officer compounding the offence and attested by at least one independent witness. Revocation of GN. No. 271 of 1974 3. The Wildlife Conservation (Compounding of Offences) (Forms) Regulations are hereby revoked.
