NO. 944 (Contd.) 1 GOVERNMENT NOTICE No. 944 Published On 6/11/2020 THE WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION ACT (CAP. 272) RULES (Made under section 29(1)(m) THE WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION SERVICES (LICENCING FEES) RULES, 2020 Citatio n 1. These Rules may be cited as the Water Supply and Sanitation Services (Licensing Fees) Rules, 2020. Applic ation 2. These Rules shall apply to all Water Supply and Sanitation Authorities. Payabl e Fees 3.-(1) These Rules provide for fees payable for: (a) a licence for Water Supply and Sanitation Services; (b) a licence for a Bulk Water Supply and Sanitation Services; (c) application for a licence; and (d) change of name of a licence. (2) A licensee operating prior to these Rules shall within 60 days upon coming into force of these Rules pay the required licence fee. (3) Fees referred to under subrule (1) shall be as specified in the Schedules. Revoc ation of GN. No. 179 of 2015 4.
