These Regulations may be cited as the Mining (Minerals and Mineral 2 of 2018 Concentrates Trading) (Amendments) Regulations, 2019 and shall be read as one with the Mining (Minerals and Mineral Concentrates Trading), Regulations, 2018 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”.
