These Regulations may be cited as the Mining GN No. 1 of 2018 (Mineral Rights) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021 and shall be read one with the Mining (Mineral Rights) Regulations, 2018 hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”. Addition of 2. The principal Regulations are amended by adding regulation 19A immediately after regulation 19 the following: “Powers 19A.
