THE MINING ACT, : (CAP. 123) REGULATIONS (Made under section S6B) THE MINING (IMPORTATION OF MINERALS FOR MINERAL AND GEM HOUSES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2020 Citation 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mining (Importation of hao Minerals for Mineral and Gem Houses)( Amendment) Regulations, 2020 and shall be read together with the Mining (Importation of Minerals for Mineral and Gem Houses) Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "principal Regulations". Amendment of 2. The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 6 by adding Feaulatiart 6 immediately after subregulation (2) the following: "(3) The Minerals Import Permit referred to under these Regulations shall be in the format set out in the Third Schedule." Addition of Third 3. The principal Regulations are amended by adding the following Sones immediately after the Second Schedule: 1
