GOVERNMENT NOTICE No. 36 publishesl on 11/2/2000 THE TANZANIA corrox REGULATIONS, 1998 (G.N. No. 435 OF 1998) ORDER Under Regulation 6 THE COTION (QUARANTINE AREA) ORDER, 2000 1. This Ordermay be cited as the Cotton (Quarantine Area) Order, 2000 andshallbereadtogetheras one with the Cotton (Quarantine Area) Order, 1965, andshallbe deemed to have come intooperation on the 9th day of September, 1999. 2. All that part described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a cotton quarantine area where the Director, Crop Development Division directs in writing for the authority for the sowing of cotton seedin the quarantine area. declared by this Order, he shall specify in suchwriting the part or parts of sucharea in which cotton seedmaybe sown.
