食品中原子塵或放射能污染安全容許量標準 中華民國 75 年 09 月 01 日衛署食字第 619418 號公告 中華民國 97 年 07 月 01 日衛署食字第 0970404024 號令公告 中華民國 102年 08月 20日部授食字第 1021350146號令修正 第 一 條 本標準依食品衛生管理法第十五條第二項規定訂定 之。 第 二 條 食品中原子塵或放射能污染之安全容許量如下： 食品種類 放射性核種 乳品及嬰兒食品 其他食品 碘一三一 (I-131) 55 貝克/公斤 (55 Bq/kg) 300 貝克/公斤 (300 Bq/kg) 銫一三四與銫一 三七之總和 (Cs-134＋Cs-137) 370 貝克/公斤 (370 Bq/kg) 370 貝克/公斤 (370 Bq/kg) 第 三 條 本標準自發布日施行。
