11/20/2017 生鮮肉品類衛生標準-全國法規資料庫入口網站 http://law.moj.gov.tw/LawClass/LawAll print.aspx?PCode=L0040106 1/1 名 稱 生鮮肉品類衛生標準 修正日期 民國 102 年 08 月 20 日 法規類別 行政 ＞ 衛生福利部 ＞ 食品藥物管理目 第 1 條 本標準依食品衛生管理法第十七條規定訂定之。 第 2 條 本標準適用於禽肉及畜肉，包括生鮮肉類、冷凍生鮮肉類、生鮮雜碎類及 冷凍生鮮雜碎類。 第 3 條 生鮮肉品應具有各種肉類良好風味色澤，不得有腐敗、不良變色、異臭、 異味、污染或含有異物、寄生蟲或其他異狀。 第 4 條 生鮮肉品類應符合「動物用藥殘留標準」及「禽畜產品中殘留農藥限量標 準」之規定。 第 5 條 本標準自發布日施行。 列印時間：106/11/20 22:22
