12/5/2018 友善列印 https://www.fa.gov.tw/cht/print.aspx 1/1 漁業⼈申請漁船輸出相關規定 中華⺠國九⼗年五⽉三⼗⼀⽇⾏政院農業委員會（九○）農漁字第九○⼀⼆⼀○四四九號令 漁業⼈申請漁船輸出案，除依「漁業法施⾏細則」第⼗⼀條規定檢附相關文件外，應⼀併檢送漁 業執照正本及漁船油配油⼿冊正本送核，以利本會許可時同時轉主管機關辦理註銷⼿續；直轄市 或縣（市）主管機關核准未滿⼆⼗噸漁船輸出應⼀併註銷漁業執照及漁船油配油⼿冊。 Top 漁業⽬
