市售包裝冷凍食品標示規定 一、 本規定依食品衛生管理法(以下稱本法)第二十二條第一項第九款 規定訂定之。 二、 本規定適用於市售包裝冷凍食品，包括不需加熱調理即可供食之冷 凍食品類及需加熱調理始得供食之冷凍食品類。 三、 市售包裝冷凍食品除應依食品衛生管理法第二十二條第一項第一款 至第八款所規定標示外，應加標保存方法及條件。 四、 市售包裝冷凍食品屬需加熱調理始得供食者，除應符合前點規定 外，應加標加熱調理條件。
