餐盒食品工廠應符合食品安全管制系統準則之規定 中華民國96年9月12日衛署食字第0960406822號公告發布 中華民國103年8月11日部授食字第1031302212號公告修正 主旨：公告餐盒食品工廠應符合食品安全管制系統準則之規定，並自 中華民國九十六年九月十五日生效，食品安全管制系統如附 件。 依據：食品安全衛生管理法第八條第二項規定。 公告事項： 一、餐盒食品工廠應符合食品安全管制系統之實施日期如下： (一)每日供應餐食三千份以上之工廠：自本公告生效日後一年。 (二)每日供應餐食二千份以上未滿三千份之工廠：自本公告生效日 後二年。 (三)每日供應餐食未滿二千份之工廠：自本公告生效日後三年。 二、本公告相關名詞定義如下： (一)食品工廠：係指具有工廠登記證之食品製造業者。 (二)餐盒食品工廠：係指經調理包裝成盒，或不經小包裝而直接以 大容器運送供團體食用之餐食生產工廠(包括盒餐與團膳)。 (三)供應餐食份：係以人份數計。 三、其他非屬餐盒食品工廠之餐飲業，不適用本公告規定。
