12/22/2017 列印法規內容 http://law.moea.gov.tw/PrintLawContentDetails.aspx?id=GL000140 1/1 所有條文 法規名稱： 應具省水標章之用水設備、衛生設備或其他設備之產品 ( 民國 106 年 09 月 21 日 發布 ) ※本次發布之條文全部或部分尚未施行（實施），最後生效日期：民國 107 年 04 月 01 日 一、產品範圍： （一）馬桶： １、ㄧ段式省水馬桶。 ２、兩段式省水馬桶。 （二）洗衣機：家用洗衣機及自助洗衣店或建築物公共區域使用 之洗衣機，但不包括洗滌與脫水筒槽獨立之雙槽洗衣機。 二、前述產品於國內銷售應依省水標章管理辦法取得省水標章， 違反者依自來水法第九十八條之一規定，處新臺幣四萬元以 上二十萬元以下罰鍰，並令其限期改善；屆期未改善者，得 按次處罰。 依據：自來水法第九十五條之一第三項 公告事項：應具省水標章之用水設備、衛生設備或其他設備之產品，如附件。 圖表附件： 經濟部公告1060921.pdf 附件-應具省水標章之用水設備、衛生設備或其他設備之產品.odt 應具省水標章產品總說明.pdf 應具省水標章產品逐條說明.pdf
