12/9/2018 友善列印 https://www.fa.gov.tw/cht/print.aspx 1/1 停泊海上未實際從事漁撈作業漁船之處置規定（廢⽌） 中華⺠國八⼗九年七⽉⼆⼗⼀⽇⾏政院農業委員會（八九）農漁字第八九⼀三⼆○九七三號公告 中華⺠國九⼗四年⼆⽉四⽇⾏政院農業委員會農授漁字第○九四⼀三⼆○○⼆七號令廢⽌，並⾃九 ⼗四年⼆⽉四⽇起⽣效 依據：漁業法第五⼗四條第五款、臺灣地區漁船油核配辦法第⼗⼀條。 公告事項： ⼀、經查獲停泊海上未實際從事漁撈作業之漁船，由查獲單位立即通知該船籍所在地之直轄市 政府或縣（市）政府、中國⽯油股份有限公司及各⺠營漁船加油站停⽌該漁船該航次之漁 船優惠⽤油。 ⼆、經查獲有案之漁船其原核准之補助油槽，應由船籍所在地之直轄市政府或縣（市）政府立 即取消。 三、經查獲有案之漁船再申請進出港時應攜帶漁船油配油⼿冊，否則不得出港。並由直轄市政 府或縣（市）政府「漁船油聯合查緝⼩組」⼈員於該等漁船進出港時抽查該船之油槽容量 與漁具及漁獲。 四、經查獲停泊未配置船員或船員⼈數不⾜之漁船，第⼀次處新台幣三萬元罰鍰，第⼆次處新 台幣六萬元罰鍰，第三次處新台幣⼗五萬元罰鍰，第四次收回漁業執照⼀年，第五次撤銷 漁業執照。 Top 漁業⽬
