食品原料綠咖啡萃取物之使用限制及標示規定 一、 本規定依食品安全衛生管理法第十五條之一第二項及第二十二條 第一項第十款規定訂定之。 二、 供食品原料使用之綠咖啡萃取物，應符合下列規定： (一) 本品係以 Coffea arabica 及 Coffea canephora未烘焙之乾燥 種子經萃取製得。 (二) 每日食用限量為四百毫克；所含咖啡因含量為百分之零點零 五以下者，每日食用限量為一千五百毫克。 三、 使用綠咖啡萃取物作為原料之食品，應標示「十二歲以下孩童、 孕婦、消化不良與重大疾病患者不宜食用」之警語字樣。
