12/9/2018 友善列印 https://www.fa.gov.tw/cht/print.aspx 1/1 漁船出海風⼒級數限制規定(廢⽌) 中華⺠國八⼗年⼆⽉⼆⼗⼀⽇⾏政院農業委員會員八⼗農漁字第○○四○○六三Ａ號公告 中華⺠國九⼗⼀年⼗⼀⽉⼆⼗九⽇⾏政院農業委員會員農授漁字第○九⼀⼀三⼆⼀七⼀四號令廢⽌ 依據：漁業法第五⼗四條第五款。 公告事項： ⼀、三百噸以下漁船，於當地預報風⼒達八級以上時不准出海，但得視實際情況，由船主及船 ⻑具結保證（切結書格式如附件）並經當地漁會⾒證後准予出海作業。 ⼆、前項所稱風⼒之劃分，以氣象預報為準，風⼒七｜八級者，為八級以下；風⼒八⾄九級 者，為八級以上。 三、經濟部七⼗三年三⽉⼆⼗三⽇經 農字第⼀○六九八號令發布之「漁船出海風⼒級數限制規 定」停⽌適⽤。 Top 漁業⽬
