11/27/2018 友善列印 https://www.fa.gov.tw/cht/print.aspx 1/1 鰻⿂養殖場登錄輔導規範 中華⺠國九⼗三年七⽉七⽇⾏政院農業委員會農授漁字第○九三⼀三四三○九⼆號令 ⼀、⾏政院農業委員會（以下稱本會）為落實鰻⿂養殖場登錄作業，以及協助鰻⿂產業發展， 特訂定本規範。 ⼆、有關鰻⿂養殖場之登錄及作業，由台灣區鰻⿂發展基⾦會（以下稱基⾦會）⾃律輔導辦 理，基⾦會辦理鰻⿂養殖場登錄作業前，應先訂定相關⾃律輔導措施送交本會備查。 三、基⾦會應派員抽查已登錄鰻⿂養殖場現場作業紀錄，並於每三個⽉向本會提交登錄作業書 ⾯報告⼄份。 四、本會將不定期派員巡訪已登錄鰻⿂養殖場，如經發現有違反法令或本會所訂鰻⿂養殖場登 錄輔導基準情形者，除依相關規定辦理外，對於違規之養殖場，本會將另⾏通知基⾦會依 相關⾃律輔導措施辦理。 Top 漁業⽬
