- 農業委員會民國2017年7月28日農授漁字第1061336211號 廢止「漁船申請兼營秋刀魚棒受網漁業執照，應由本會漁業署派員查驗秋刀魚棒受網漁撈設備」、「兼營秋刀魚棒受網漁船每年漁季作業期間透過漁船監控系統，自動回報船位紀錄中斷日數累計達二十日，不得申領次年作業證明書，但已依漁業法核處罰鍰並執行完畢者，得申領赴北太平洋國外基地作業證明書」.
