行政院農業委員會 令 中華民國 106 年 7 月 28 日 農授漁字第 1061336211 號 廢止「兼營秋刀魚棒受網漁船每年漁季作業期間透過漁船監控系統，自動回報 船位紀錄中斷日數累計達二十日，不得申領次年作業證明書，但已依漁業法核 處罰鍰並執行完畢者，得申領赴北太平洋國外基地作業證明書」，並自即日生 效。 主任委員 林聰賢
