行政院公報 第 023 卷 第 234 期 20171208 農業環保篇 行政院環境保護署令 中華民國 106 年 12 月 8 日 環署空字第 1060097220 號 修正「氟氯烴消費量管理辦法」第十二條、第二十六條。 附修正「氟氯烴消費量管理辦法」第十二條、第二十六條 署 長 李應元 氟氯烴消費量管理辦法第十二條、第二十六條修正條文 第 十二 條 持有核配量之廠商應持中央主管機關核發之氟氯烴核配許可文件，始得自行或委 託進口廠商向中央主管機關申請核發輸入許可證，其貨品限當期進口。 持有核配量之廠商應持中央主管機關核發之氟氯烴核配許可文件，始得自行或委 託製造廠商生產，其貨品限當期提領。 前二項貨品未於當期進口放行或向國內採購提領，且未於當期結束前向中央主管 機關申請展延許可者，其當期核配量由中央主管機關收回。 第二十六條 本辦法自發布日施行。 本辦法中華民國一百零六年十二月八日修正條文，自一百零七年一月一日施行。 本則命令之總說明及對照表請參閱行政院公報資訊網（http://gazette.nat.gov.tw/）。
