11/27/2018 友善列印 https://www.fa.gov.tw/cht/print.aspx 1/1 申請漁業證明書之作業漁船漁獲物在完成輸銷他國後，核銷量低於證明書載明數量，應 還原為全⿂重量 中華⺠國九⼗⼀年九⽉⼗三⽇⾏政院農業委員會農授漁字第○九⼀⼀三三○八五九號令 向本會漁業署或直轄市、縣（市）政府申請「輸⽇劍旗⿂合格證明書」、「輸美劍旗⿂合格證明 書」、「⿊鮪產地漁業證明書」、「南⽅⿊鮪漁業產地證明書」或「冷凍⼤⽬鮪漁業證明書」之 作業漁船，其漁獲物在完成輸銷他國並依規定完成漁獲物核銷後，倘核銷量低於該船當次申請之 證明書載明之數量時，其核銷量應按產品處理型態還原為全⿂重量，並視為該船當次申報證明書 之漁獲量。 Top 漁業⽬
