12/10/2018 友善列印 https://www.fa.gov.tw/cht/print.aspx 1/1 漁船申請兼營秋⼑⿂棒受網漁業執照，應由本會漁業署派員查驗秋⼑⿂棒受網漁撈設備 （廢⽌） 中華⺠國106年7⽉28⽇⾏政院農業委員會農授漁字第1061336211號令廢⽌ 中華⺠國九⼗⼀年五⽉三⼗⼀⽇⾏政院農業委員會農授漁字第○九⼀⼀三三○五⼀三號令 為執⾏本會九⼗⼀年三⽉⼆⼗九⽇農授漁字第○九⼀⼀三三○⼆⼆⼀號令第三點：「漁船於申請兼 營秋⼑⿂棒受網漁業之新漁業執照時，需安裝具備可正常操作之秋⼑⿂棒受網漁具（包括集⿂ 燈、網具、揚網設備、吸⿂等）設備，始可核發該項漁業執照」之規定。除漁業⼈檢附原領漁業 執照有效期限內，有⼀年秋⼑⿂漁獲實績證明者可逕予核發該項漁業執照外，均應由本會漁業署 派員⾄漁船上實施查驗確實具備上述秋⼑⿂棒受網漁撈設備後，核發兼營秋⼑⿂棒受網漁業執 照。 Top 漁業⽬
