11/28/2018 友善列印 https://www.fa.gov.tw/cht/print.aspx 1/1 產地（或合格）證明書有效期限為六個⽉ 中華⺠國九⼗⼀年八⽉⼗五⽇⾏政院農業委員會農授漁字第○九⼀⼀三三○七四五號令 ⾃本（九⼗⼀）年八⽉⼗五⽇起，本會漁業署及直轄市、縣（市）政府所核發之「⿊鮪產地漁業 證明書」、「輸⽇劍旗⿂合格證明書」及「輸美劍旗⿂合格證明書」等文件，其有效期限為六個 ⽉（格式如附件⼀）。另該等⿂貨完成輸銷通關後⼆個⽉內，船主或代理商或出進⼝廠商應將輸 入國檢定單位所核發之輸入資料影本或售⿂清單影本送原受理單位，辦理核銷⼿續（申請書參考 本如附件⼆）。如查獲有⿂貨未依規定完成核銷者，該船及該批⿂貨證明書之申請者後續之漁獲 物即得不予核發相關證明書。 Top 漁業⽬
