28/11/2018 友善列印 https://www.fa.gov.tw/cht/print.aspx 1/1 公告輸入吳郭⿂相關產製品時應檢附之文件 ⾏政院農業委員會公告 中華⺠國99年9⽉21⽇ 農授漁字第0991341451號 主旨：公告輸入吳郭⿂相關產製品時應檢附之文件，並溯⾃中華⺠國九⼗九年八⽉⼀⽇⽣效。 依據： ⼀、漁業法第四⼗四條第九款。 ⼆、⾏政程序法第⼗五條。 公告事項：輸入下列吳郭⿂產製品時，除應遵守各產品之貨品輸入規定外，並應檢附產製國政 府或其授權單位出具之產地證明，或經濟部國際貿易局公告出⼝國與我國諮商取代該國產地證 明之文件： ⼀、C.C.C. Code 0303.79.99.55冷凍吳郭⿂。 ⼆、C.C.C. Code 0304.29.90.25冷凍吳郭⿂片。 Top 漁業⽬
