28/11/2018 友善列印 https://www.fa.gov.tw/cht/print.aspx 1/1 公告輸入鰻⿂相關產製品時應檢附之文件 ⾏政院農業委員會公告 中華⺠國99年9⽉21⽇ 農授漁字第0991341441號 主旨：公告輸入鰻⿂相關產製品時應檢附之文件，並溯⾃中華⺠國九⼗八年七⽉⼀⽇⽣效。 依據： ⼀、漁業法第四⼗四條第九款。 ⼆、⾏政程序法第⼗五條。 公告事項：輸入下列鰻⿂產製品時，除應遵守各產品之貨品輸入規定外，並應檢附產製國政府 或其授權單位出具之產地證明，或經濟部國際貿易局公告出⼝國與我國諮商取代該國產地證明 之文件： ⼀、C.C.C. Code 0301.92.10.10活鰻（⽩鰻）。 ⼆、C.C.C. Code 0301.92.10.20活鰻（鱸鰻）。 三、C.C.C. Code 0301.92.10.90其他活鰻（鰻鱺屬）。 四、C.C.C. Code 0302.66.00.00鰻⿂（⽩鰻、鱸鰻），⽣鮮或冷藏。 五、C.C.C. Code 0303.76.00.00冷凍鰻⿂（⽩鰻、鱸鰻）。 六、C.C.C. Code 0304.29.90.10冷凍鰻（⽩鰻、鱸鰻）⿂片。 七、C.C.C. Code 1604.19.10.11已調製或保藏鰻⿂、整條或片塊（剁碎者除外），冷凍者。 八、C.C.C. Code 1604.19.10.13已調製或保藏⽩燒鰻，整條或片塊（剁碎者除外），冷凍 者。 Top 漁業⽬
