行政院公報 第 024 卷 第 238 期 20181213 農業環保篇 行政院農業委員會公告 中華民國 107 年 12 月 13 日 農防字第 1071472923 號 主 旨：修正「福建省金門縣偶蹄類動物及其產品禁止輸往臺灣本島及其他離島」第三點，名 稱並修正為「金門地區偶蹄類動物及其產品禁止輸往臺灣本島及其他離島」（如附 件），並自即日生效。 依 據：「動物傳染病防治條例」第二十八條第一項第一款。 代理主任委員 陳吉仲 金門地區偶蹄類動物及其產品禁止輸往臺灣本島及其他離島第三點修正規定 三、本措施指定期間：自即日起至中華民國一百零八年十二月三十一日止。
