These Regulations may be cited as the Noise Pollution C ontrol (Fees) Re gulations. 2. In these Regulations "R ule" means a rule of the Noise Pollution Contro l Rules. 3. The fees payable to the Authority are set out in the Second Column of the Schedule and are in respect of the corresponding entry in the First Column of the Schedule. SCHEDULE Citation.
