AN ACT to amend the Food and Drugs Act, Chap. 30:01 [Assented to 14th March, 2005] ENACTED by the Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago as follows:— 1111.... This Act may be cited as the Food and Drugs (Amendment) Act, 2005. The Food and Drugs Act in the Third Schedule is amended by inserting in Part II, in the appropriate alphabetical sequence, the following drugs: “Ephedrine and its salts, optical isomers (except in cough and decongestant prepa rations) and salts of optical isomers (except in cough and decongestant preparations) N-Methylephedrine and its salts, optical isomers (except in cough and decongestant preparations) and salts of optical isomers (except in cough and decongestant preparations) N-Methylpseudoephedrine and its salts, optical isomers (except in cough and decongestant preparations) and salts of optical isomers (except in cough and decongestant preparations) Norpseudoephedrine and its salts, optical isomers (except in cough and decongestant preparations) and salts of optical isomers (except in cough and decongestant preparations) Phenylpropanolamine and its salts, optical isomers and salts of optical isomers Pseudoephedrine and its salts, optical isomers (except in cough and decongestant preparations) and salts of optical isomers (except in cough and decongestant preparations).”.
