These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Conservation Citation of Marine Turtles) (Amendment) Regulations, 1997. 951 2. The Fisheries (Conservation of Marine Turtles) Regulations, Regulations 2, d d t' 11 4 and 8 of 1991 amen e as 10 ows: Legal Notice (a) in regulation 2 by deleting the words "the trawl body" 65 of 1994 ' amended occurring in the interpretation of "turtle excluder device", occurring in line two and substituting the words "the body of the trawl net"; (b) in regulation 4, by inserting the words "net that is in operational use on a" immediately after the word "every", occurring in line one; and (c) in regulation 8 by (i) deleting the word "and" occurring at the end of paragraph (a); (ii) deleting the word "Republic." occurring at the end of paragraph (b), and substituting the words "Republic; and"; (iii) adding the following new paragraph: "(c) the type and specifications of turtle excluder devices.".
