452 Citation Interpretation Regulation 2A inserted Legal Supplement Part B-Vol. 39, No. 137-14th July, 2000 LEGAL NOTICE No. 163 REPUBLIC OF 'l'RINlDAD AND TOBAGO THE FISHERIES ACT, CHAP. 67:51 REGULATIONS MADE BY THE MINISTER UNDER SECTION 4 OF THE FISHERIES ACT THE FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2000 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations, 2000. 2. In these Regulations "the Regulations" means the Fisheries Regulations. 3. Regulations 2A is amended ( a) in sub-regulation (1) by inserting after the word "import" the words "or have for sale"; and (b) by inserting after sub-regulation (2) the following: " (3) This regulation shall come into effect on 31st December, 2000.".
