MADDE 1 – 25/9/2002 tarihli ve 24887 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan Doğal Gaz Piyasası Sertifika Yönetmeliğinin geçici 3 üncü maddesi aşağıdaki şekilde değiştirilmiştir. “Geçici Madde 3 - Yetki belgesi ile ilgili uygulama 1/1/2019 tarihi itibarıyla başlar.”
MADDE 2 – Bu Yönetmelik yayımı tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.
MADDE 3 – Bu Yönetmelik hükümlerini Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurulu Başkanı yürütür.
