9 Ekim 2021 CUMARTESİ Resmî Gazete Sayı : 31623 TEBLİĞ Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanlığından: BAZI TEHLİKESİZ ATIKLARIN GERİ KAZANIMI TEBLİĞİNİN YÜRÜRLÜKTEN KALDIRILMASINA DAİR TEBLİĞ MADDE 1 – 17/6/2011 tarihli ve 27967 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan Bazı Tehlikesiz Atıkların Geri Kazanımı Tebliği yürürlükten kaldırılmıştır. MADDE 2 – Bu Tebliğ yayımı tarihinde yürürlüğe girer. MADDE 3 – Bu Tebliğ hükümlerini Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanı yürütür.
