MADDE 1- 31/12/2023 tarihli ve 32416 üçüncü mükerrer sayılı Resmi Gazete'de ya- yımlanan Ozon Tabakasını İncelten Maddeler ve Florlu Sera Gazlarının İthaline İlişkin Tebliğ (İthalat: 2024/14) yürürlükten kaldırılmıştır.
MADDE 2- Bu Tebliğ 1/1/2025 tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.
MADDE 3- Bu Tebliğ hükümlerini Ticaret Bakanı yürütür.
