14 Şubat 2012 SALI Resmî Gazete Sayı : 28204 TEBLİĞ Gıda, Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanlığından: PATATES KİST NEMATODLARI (GLOBODERA ROSTOCHİENSİS WOLLENWEBER, GLOBODERA PALLİDA STONE) İLE MÜCADELE HAKKINDA TEBLİĞİN YÜRÜRLÜKTEN KALDIRILMASINA DAİR TEBLİĞ (TEBLİĞ NO: 2012/18) MADDE 1 – 29/9/2002 tarihli ve 24891 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan Patates Kist Nematodları (Globodera rostochiensis Wollenweber, Globodera pallida Stone) ile Mücadele Hakkında Tebliğ (Tebliğ No: 2002/60) yürürlükten kaldırılmıştır. MADDE 2 – Bu Tebliğ yayımı tarihinde yürürlüğe girer. MADDE 3 – Bu Tebliğ hükümlerini Gıda, Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanı yürütür.
