C T DISTRICTS (ANIMAL ENCLOSURE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2015 Districts (Animal Enclosure) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 Arrangement of Sections to Page 3 C T DISTRICTS (ANIMAL ENCLOSURE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2015 Arrangement of Sections Regulation 1 Short Title and Interpretation ................................................................................. 5 2 Short title amended ................................................................................................ 5 3 Schedule amended ................................................................................................. 5 Districts (Animal Enclosure) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 Regulation 1 to Page 5 C T DISTRICTS (ANIMAL ENCLOSURE) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2015 GOVERNMENT ACT (CAP.3) IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Government Act (Cap.3) the District Officers with the sanction of the Cabinet and confirmed by the signature of the Prime Minister, makes the following Regulations 1 Short Title and Interpretation (1) This Regulation may be cited as the Districts (Animal Enclosure) (Amendment) Regulations 2015. (2) In these Regulations, the Districts (Animal Enclosure) Regulations 2009 shall be referred to as the Principal Regulations. 2 Short title amended Regulation 1 of the Pincipal Regulations is amended in the Tongan version only by deleting the second appearance of the word “Monumanu”. 3 Schedule amended The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting the following after item (7) of the Districts of Tongatapu – “‘Eua District (1) The islands of ‘Eua and Kalau.”.
