Decree of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Tajikistan on the order of putting into effect the Law on Lease in the Republic of Tajikistan

DECREE OF THE SUPREME SOVIET OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN ON THE ORDER OF THE PUTTING INTO THE EFFECT THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN "ON LEASE IN THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN" The Suprerne Soviet of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees: I. Put into the effect the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On lease in the Republic of Tajikistan» from January 1, 1991. 2. To charge the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan till the January 1, 1991: To present to Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Tajikistan the project of the legislative act about types (groups), enterprises (union) and forms of the property lease of which are not accepted as well as stipulating of the cases of the restriction or prohibition of the leased property ransom; To bring the decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan into line with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On lease in the Republic of Tajikistan». 3. The leaseholders taking lease relations before putting present Law into effect, have the right to hold economic activity according to the lease agreement concluded till January 1, 1991. 4. Charge the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, regional, city and district Soviets of the people deputies to render any assistance in transformation of the state enterprises to leased enterprises. To take all measures for the clarification of the leased economy advantages its preparation and spreading in 1991. 5. Provision of employment for the workers, released from the enterprises (unions), institutions, organizations because of their transference to lease, is realized according to the legislative acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
