Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on Stimulation of Manufacture and Sale of Food Wheat to the State (No. 382 of 1995)

DECREE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN ON STIMULATION OF MANUFACTURE AND SALE OF FOOD WHEAT TO THE STATE With the purposes of stimulation of collective farms, state farms and other agricultural undertakings in republic in increase of manufacture and sale of food wheat to the state the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees: 1. To permit Ministry of Bread Products of the Republic of Tajikistan to buy from June 1, 1995, from collective farms, state farms and other agricultural undertakings and organizations of the republic food wheat of own manufacture for the freely convertible currency, by establishing the average price on 90$ US dollars for ton or on demand of economies in Russian rubles or in national currency at the rate. 2. Ministry of the Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the rep11esentation of the appropriate documents of Ministry of bread products of the Republic of Tajikistan should transfer on currency accounts of economies; the freely convertible currency from sold to the state food wheat of own manufacture. 3. To recommend to farms of the republic to use the received convertible currency from the sold to the state food wheat, first of all on purchase of fuel-lubricant materials, material and technical resources, updating of the basic and turnaround means with the purpose of the further increase of manufacture of the given culture. 4. To Ministry of Economy and Foreign Economic Relations of the Repuli>lic of Tajikistan together with Ministry of Bread Products of the Republic of Tajikistan and Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan in fortnightly term should work out the price-list of prices /for the freely convertible currency/ on food wheat purchased in farms of the republic.
