#### 1. ข้อ ๑ ประกาศนี้เรียกว่า “ประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เรื่อง กาหนดชนิดและสภาพแร่ ที่ห้ามส่งออกนอกราชอาณาจักรหรือเขตไหล่ทวีป พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๔”

#### 2. ข้อ ๒ ประกาศนี้ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกาหนดหนึ่งร้อยยี่สิบวันนับแต่วันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เป็นต้นไป

#### 3. ข้อ ๓ ให้ยกเลิกประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เรื่อง กาหนดชนิดและสภาพแร่ที่ห้ามส่งออก นอกราชอาณาจักรหรือเขตไหล่ทวีป พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐

#### 4. ข้อ ๔ กาหนดให้ชนิดและสภาพแร่ที่มีถิ่นกาเนิดในราชอาณาจักรและเขตไหล่ทวีปดังต่อไปนี้ ห้ามส่งออกนอกราชอาณาจักรหรือเขตไหล่ทวีป (๑) สินแร่ทองคา (๒) สินแร่ที่มีทองคาผสม (๓) โลหะผสมทองคาที่เกิดจากการประกอบโลหกรรม (๔) ถ่านหิน ประกาศ ณ วันที่ 28 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖4 สุริยะ จึงรุ่งเรืองกิจ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ้ หนา ๑๖ ่ เลม ๑๓๘ ตอนพิเศษ ๑๙๒ ง ราชกิจจานุเบกษา ๑๙ สิงหาคม ๒๕๖๔
